I've discovered yet another cool feature of Growth Leader/Vision. As I was responding to a new prospect this morning, I decided to check out the Admin Tools again. This time, I noticed a tab with "prospects," along with others I've not yet investigated. The tab provides information on just how many prospects that have logged onto my website, www.ServingMesaArizona.com, AND from where! I've not yet investigated the other tabs, but loved this one. I've provided a look-see so you can see what I am seeing:

Vision

I'm still getting visitors, but so far - sadly - nothing has turned into a sale. I will definitely let all of you know if that happens - but, as you can clearly see, I am gathering the leads.

I truly think it's our Phoenix, Arizona market 'cause right now, at least in my area, it's not a buyer's market anymore - it's what I'd like to refer to as a "bank's" market IF you catch my drift.

Hi Teri I hope some of these prospects eventually turn into some appointments and maybe a sale or two!

I keep waiting for results from the program before I dive into it. Good luck.

Teri - I know there is probably a lot more I should/could be doing and the leads have dropped off significantly since starting up on my own. Seems that one needs to spend a ton of money each month to get the leads, and without any converting yet (one may) the ROI is pretty bad. I am still hopeful but I am doing better with my blogs and Internet presence.

Bill, that would be nice. ;-) I am, however, as Jeff says below, receiving good buyers/sellers from my other blogs and/or websites.

Terry, I'll be the first to report a sale from this source. ;-)

Jeff, they've dropped off for me too...figured it was just our market. Who knows? Time will tell. I need to at least have ONE sale in order to pay for this particular program. I'm due to be through with the trial period soon anyway, but was hoping for SOMETHING I could rave about. My blogs and websites seem to be doing well...and referrals, and friends, etc. ;-)

Hi Teri, thanks for the post! As you continue to fill your pipeline with prospects and nurture them into clients, it will be only a matter of time before they start purchasing! The economy is slowly but surely showing signs of healing. If prospects truly want to take advantage of lowered prices, they should buy now before the interest rates and home values rise.

Hi Jeff, I agree that the advertising is not cheap, but the cost is driven by all your surrounding competitors bidding on the price per click. The advantage of purchasing advertising through Market Leader is that we have a national buying power that allows us to place your ads in top results at a price that you otherwise would not be able to obtain through your own.

As you determine what avenues produce the most results at the most efficient costs, make sure that you are taking advantage of the free listing router on ActiveRain, adding links to your Growth Leader site on your blogs and email signatures and incorporating the search widget to all your other sites - whatever drives traffic to your site, as your Vision (website + contact management system) will be your primary vehicle to capturing your online buyers.

Teri--I had lots of leads and one eventually turned into a sale...unfortunately for me it was out of my area so I referred it to a Minneapolis agent. Recieved a referral fee. My trial period is over but leads continue to come in...about 1-2 a week so my experience is not the same as Jeff's. Plus there are several people using the Vision site so we will see where it goes...Hope some of yours are very successful.
