Also included in Lower Kingsbury are homes in Granite Springs, one of our highly desirable high-end neighborhoods. On our mls Granite Springs is always included as “Lower Kingsbury”, but the property values are always significantly higher.

One can determine if a home is in Granite Springs by both street name and street number. The streets in Granite Springs are: Granite Springs Dr., Desni, Delissa, a few homes on Cypress, and homes on Meadow whose addresses are 3-digits starting with “100.”

To date there have been only 2 sales in Lower Kingsbury Grade this year, one a high-end sale that weighs heavily on median and averages. There are 2 homes in escrow and 15 active listings, four of which are in Granite Springs.
