Those are amazing prices for a waterfront lot.
So you have to release the fish that you catch? I'm not sure I really understand that program because doesn't a hook damage a fish's mouth? Wouldn't it be more humane to scoop them up in a net, pet their little fish heads and drop them back into the water?
