Home Inspection

Mr. and Mrs. First Time Home Buyers, you have had your Home Inspection. You have received the Inspection Report.

You just may be saying now what do we do?

Read your entire report. To protect your financial interest in this property you should read the entire inspection report.

  1. Now
  2. Before your home inspection continency expires
  3. Before you close escrow
  4. Have it with you, on final walk though day (if you let me know on the day of your inspection, that you would like for me to attend, there will be no charge)
  5. After you close escrow and move in
  6. If you have any problems after you close escrow and move in
  7. Anytime you have questions or concerns

It cannot at all be over-emphasized that anytime you have any questions after you have read the entire report or if I can help in any way please fell free to give me a call at 603-826-4207

Dale I think that's very nice of you to go to the final walk through.  I haven't run into an inspector yet that would offer that service.  Do you have many people take you up on that offer?

Its always a pleasure to have you stop by to visit, and read and reply back to a comment you have lefted on one of the posts, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friend

I have always believe in, doing as must for folks as I can. Just like my clients also know even after they have moved in to any home they have bought, I'm just a phone call or e-mail message away. If they should have a question about things, that may be go-en on with their home. I even got a few clients, from back home that will e-mail and sometimes call with to ask a question.

I sure have had a few folks, that have taken me up on it. And they always feel a lot better about the walk-though. I have also had some folks that say, tank you for the offer. But we'll be ok. And then call me up a day or two before their final walk-though, and if there was anyway that I could attend it.

Dale the inspection report sometimes can be confusing, especially for someone purchasing that first home. I encourage them also to call for further explanation if they don't understand or have a question. I have gone back for the final walk-through but I do charge. That couple hours takes me away from my normal inspection business.

It sure is always a real pleasure to have Y'all stop by and sit and visit a bit. And to read and write a reply back to each and every comment, Y'all always take the time to leave on the posts, here at my little ole Blogging Homestead, my friends

The inspection report sure can be a bit confusing for folks when they are reading it. I sure knew you would always encourage your clients to call ya with any questions they may have. Theres not a thing wrong with chargen, to attend to walk-through with ones clients. When a client saids no on the day of the inspection, and then later on, change their mind about it. I do charge a small fee, for attending the walk-through with them.
