SUMMARY
The current inventory level for South Riding was increased by 6 to 37 active listings, this is a 20% increase. With 10 new listings , and 4 homes which went under contract contributing to the increase in inventory. The 4 homes receiving a contracts last week did so with an average 20 days on the market while the 12 homes sold and went to record last week did so with an Average DOMP of 35 days an netted an average of 97.8%, where the bank owned properties sold on average in about 3 weeks week and netted over 100%.
