In the Waukesha County Real Estate market and as one of the Waukesha County Real Estates agentsthat wants to see you prosper I remind you that we win some, we lose some, but we get dressed for every game. If opportunity knocks we need to focus, really look at the big picture, and if we are wanting to                                                                                    be buying a home in Waukesha County the timing could not be better. When was the last time you saw rates so great? When the prices were amazing well, and the selection plentiful? If you are a first time home buyer when was the last time anyone gave you $8,000 tax credit for buying a home? Procrastination has sorrowed many hearts because individuals not taking action. It is action with intent that counts, and not just intent. Remember "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." "If you snooze, you lose" makes sense. We go about our everyday, but today may be the day to fill out your wish list in a home and wake up with all the listings searched, and waiting for you in your email Inbox. If so click:Dream Home Finder

Wishing you a productive day, and see you at closing!

Hi Tom, Those were pretty interesting Photos. How is your market? Is the $8000 tax credit still making a difference. I am hearing there are considerations being discussed to extend the credit past November 30th cutoff for the close to qualify. Nothing definitive as yet but they may announce by the end of July.

Hey Tombo: I'm finding that short sale buyers in Sacramento are becoming increasingly concerned that the clock is ticking for that first-time home buyer credit. They want to make sure they get short sale approval within enough time to close by December 1. With certain short sale lenders, you never know.

Hi Tom,

It's good to see many are getting on the buying bus.  The losers will be complaining next year, prices too high, rates too high, maybe no tax credit.... ya da ya da ya da!
