Looking into the Keller Williams model

I am currently with a 100% commission real estate group but found a group that offers agents the ability to receive 5% on a referred agents deals.  Every deal they do you get 5% of it regardless of company profits.  Not only that if those agents refer someone to the company you get 5% of all their deals too.  It seams like this can really add up.  This company is growing and seems to have a great model and agent support.

I like the huge brand of KW and know they have good resources and wanted to hear from other agents that have referred agents into the KW system if they are benefitting from that business?

I am hopeful some agents with teams are making a good income.

Yep, it works just like it's supposed to.  I'm vested and will receive those profit sharing checks forever, even after I'm not working anymore. You are smart to like the brand and support of KW, it just doesn't get any better!
