Special offer

Growth Leader, Week Eleven

By
Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart Realty West CalBRE #01458572

If you leave a comment, Jim will visit your blog and leave a comment.Week eleven came in with 43 visitors to my web site, on par with the previous week which had 47 visitors.

The percentage of visitors who have signed up for listing alerts in these eleven weeks is at 71%, well above our goal of 10%.

I got one new prospect out of the 43 visitors, bringing my total to nine active prospects in eleven weeks.

Although no inactive prospects have returned to my site, I have had additional contact (through email) from a current active prospect who was interested in viewing property.  However, my follow-up calls and emails have received no response yet. I've learned not to read too much into that since I have no idea what else is going on in that person's life. In general, though, I have had a lot of difficulty actually speaking to any of my prospects on the phone.

Although I had planned to take Vision 301 Webinar on June 25, I was unable to attend it since I was writing an offer for a non-Growth Leader Client. Hey, I shouldn't be complaining about writing a purchase offer, right?

Does this mean that Growth Leader is a waste of time and money? It seems that better results come from Localisms on ActiveRain.

Jim, sounds like you are impressed with the results you have received.  Are any of these leads been turned to clients yet?  I have heard nothing but great things about Market Leader or Growth Leader so I am not trying to dismiss it - just trying to get some more info.

Hey, Angelia - Zoey the Cool Cat is a mix of kitty cats, probably American Shorthair, Tabby, and something else to give her the ginger tummy. We're thinking jackrabbit because of her huge haunches that can propel her about 20 feet when she wants to go somewhere fast. Those are her haunches in the picture.

Hey, Roy - At this point I can't say that Growth Leader is a waste of time and money. Not at all. Does it take work? Sure. But that's true of any system.

Hey, Tim and Pam - I have nine active prospects, and one is looking better than average at this point. From what I've read on ActiveRain, results are mixed. It seems like those people in smaller markets of, say, less than 500,000 people or so are having better success than those of us in San Diego, Los Angeles, etc.

Hi Jim, congrats on the closing! Just curious, are you driving traffic to your site from other sources as well, such as your ActiveRain blogs or personal sites? During your trial period, it's a good idea for you to test out all your advertising channels and compare that to the Google clicks that we are paying on your behalf. This will tell you where your marketing dollars are spent most efficiently. Thanks for the post!

Too bad you couldn't have converted more of those visitors into Clients. Interesting that Jennifer in her comment says that they pay for Google clicks.
