Brandon, I didn't realize individuals could purchase banner ads on REALTOR.com. Would you mind keeping us posted on the results? I'll have to check into pricing on that.

Christianne-I have monitored the call rates and anyone who has mentioned the Free Home Warranty and have not seen an increase to justify the price per month.

Tim and Pam - Thank you for checking out my post and the comment. I have as I just responded to Christianne that I have not seen anything to justify the price. I have continued past the 3 months simply to benefit the sellers I am working with and helping with their listings exposure at this point.
