That's my little Lizzie - we forgot her leash and the campground requires that dogs be restrained... so we improvised. (if you can't tell, that's a heavy-duty extension cord)

LOL you use what you must. We have ran into this same problem while at rv parks where we forgot the tie out. Great improvising!

Good idea. I do prefer my leashes in bright orange as well.

I wish I had a wider view shot of it - it was hilarious - this 10 pound dog tied up with a 10 pound leash - it was one of those wonderful ROFLMAO moments...

Jennifer he is so cute...but I bet even with that big leash,he will figure away to get away...LOL

BLR - LOL! Actually, she'd never run off, but you gotta follow the rules... Our chihuahua on the other hand... yeah, he'd wriggle out fer sure!

I knew you were a great multi-tasker, and so is your extension cord. Lizzie will eventually figure out how to untie that knot though...weenies are like that :) smart little devils...

Looks like a 12ga extension cord, a little over kill for little lizzie! I personally would have chosen a 14ga!

Jennifer - way too funny! My dog would have gotten her feelings hurt and pouted! What campground were you at? We love Snow Mountain Ranch (I think that's the name...)

I just hope you did not have it plugged in on the other end! i will be in the woods all next week at Boyscout camp, unfortunately will not have my dog!
