Realtors have so much to gain from yoga. This is not a simple pose but so beneficial.
HINT: resembles the face of an animal...hmmm which one? Don't worry, you don't have to spell or pronounce the Sanskrit.
How can this pose or asana benefit you? It stretches ankles, armpits, chest, shoulders, hips, thighs. Caution: do not perform cow face pose if you have severe shoulder or neck problems.
Janice - I did a number on my back and still am recovering. Considering the use of yoga to get me back on my feet.
Oh Janice I so used to love Yoga and did it for years..........Unfortunately its now been years since i did it! lol......and i can't remember what its called........but there was a time I could do it.......but i'm afraid I might put my back out like Ryan if I tried...........Darn I'm gonna try....so If I'm not back you'llknow where to find me!

Liz, we all do yoga every day and just don't reailze it. For this one, you could use a towel or strap behind your back
Debra, you get the prize, yes it is cow's face, but I really don't see the resemblance. Same with calling the split's "monkey" pose. How many monkeys have you seen doing the splits?
