Do You put your Blog(s) before your Loved Ones?

Now this may sound funny or maybe illogical, but, are you. Do you have to comment before you do anything else in the day. I have to admit, that my commenting and blogging is right on the top of my to-do list everyday. My wife sometimes thinks I put to much importance on my Blog.

I do spend a lot of time on the Rain. This is the ONLY social network that I am on. I often wonder, how others can be here and on facebook, and twitter, and others. How do they find the time? Do they find the time to first hug their kids and kiss the spouse, or say hi to the dog and cat?

I HAVE heard young adults complain that their friends are so busy on the social networks that they don't have time to do things together. Is society becoming an electronic friend. Do we know what the 'outside' world looks and feels like, or are we confined to the depths of our homes.

These are questions that only you can answer. Just remember..when the power goes off, your electronic friends are gone, and LIVE friends and family is all that is left. Do you know them? Can you relate to them? Just something to think about!

It is easy to get lost with the social networking and have the time fly by. For myself, I have set limits. Most days, social networking is done when my family is not around. Evenings are definitely family time!

William - No one could have predicted the impact of computer technology upon our lives and the ways it is changing society. And, I suspect, that we have yet to see the greatest changes. As someone who has spent more years without computers than with them, I have very mixed feelings about the changes I see. I appreciate the connection with people and information that I would otherwise miss, but I also see a movement away from physical connections.

Just one social network? Wow. I'm not sure how many. I think I have about a dozen?

My husband has a band. So it's easy for me to fit this in during time he is at work and/or band practice. Princess Lulu is right next to me being hugged. She's spoiled rotten. I'm good.

I think that if you work it right nothing needs to suffer . . .

I make it a point to spend some time here everyday. I at least read and comment some even if I do not write a post of my own. But if my wife says she wants to do something, I will drop anything to run to her.

William - I can see how easily this stuff could consume your life. Fortunately I have kids, a dog, and of course my wife who keep me off this as much as possible, let alone working with buyers and sellers.
