Today I had to call back Option One after faxing over my Authorisation letter to their call center in India!!! Well needless to say they had no record of it. So I was told to fax it to yet another fax number or get my client on the phone with me to explain that I had authorisation. I aksed that they call him while I was on the line, and No they are not allowed to make calls....grrrr. I expalined that I was in California and he is in Texas to which he suggested I had him come in my office right now and join the call. So I faxed it in again....lets see what tomorrow brings.

In contrast another Short Sale I am doing with National City Mortgage could not be more diffferent. They have been responsive, they got my authorisation and have allowed me to communicate with them....no surprise they are based in this country.
