As we all have been in the same boat with this constant change in the market. Anything that we use to watch on the market that would have an effect on rates either in a good way or not has gone out the window. So basically we are in a market that we are not only on a rollercoaster ride but one that rides in the dark. Anytime I quoting rates now I tell my borrowers that we are in a complete gambling stage with rates. I can give you an idea of what cards to roll with but there is no guarntee you will get the pot at the end. So we are all in the ride at the amusement park as I like to say.
