Hi Jenny: You must either be a RainMaker or have 10,000 or more points in order to have your photo appear next to your comments. If you are a RainMaker and your photo isn't appearing, or if you have a Members Only account with 10,000 points and your photo isn't appearing, it may be that you need to upload a new HD profile image in order for the site to pick up and display your photo properly.

I just tried loading these pages myself and they popped right up.  Not sure what the issue may be.  I recommend trying a new browser (ActiveRain loves Firefox) or checking your internet connectivity.  If neither of those work, let me know and I'll look into it further.

My comment is not as a seller or professional but rather as a consumer. I bought and sold a CT home and more recently bought and am selling a Marco Island, FL home. I wanted to make a positive comment about an agent and his managing broker who represented the buyer of the property I was selling. The agent is a member of Active rain and his name is Gary Hains. He showed himself to be professional, fair and represented his buyer well. His managing broker is Brenda Fioretti of Prudential on 621 5th Ave in Naples, FL.

I was more than impressed with how they handled me, a tough person on the other side of the transaction. I thank them and believe that they are an asset to the real estate community in Collier county and give both of them my highest recommendation. When I had a problem they responded almost immediately. In real estate, that is crucial. Funny that I'm giving the other side 5 stars out of 5 but they are deserving

Hello.  Would someone please give me a few ideas of some simple wording for a letter that announces that I have transitioned into Real Estate.  I DON'T want to say I'm a new agent (though I am)  :)  I feel I need to tell the agency I'm with.  I don't think I want to add a lot of rhetoric like I've seen where people make promises of all they can/will do... I just want something simple yet powerful, informational but not long/wordy).  Will someone help me please?  Thank you very much. Corliss
