Did you take the time to answer a quick question from a co-worker today?  Yes!  4 hours actually.

Did you give your mate a hug and kiss and say "I love you" before you left today?  Yes!

Did you play with your children today or stop long enough to ask them if they had a good day?  Unfortunatley no.  They were extremely cranky and didn't want to socialize.

Did you open yourself up to be available to others?  Yes!

 

I guess 3 out of 4 isn't bad  : )
