Success is not monetary, and neither is Happiness. The inner feeling of knowing we accomplished something that made a difference is priceless, and the happiness that is derived with inner peace is what everyone seeks. Of course, it would be defeating from the get go if we got dressed for a game and decided "Well, I'm here. Guess it really doesn't matter." It's a matter of showing up or winning the game.It does make a difference when you add enthusiasm. It does matter that the same energy, enthusiasm, and desire is seen when I am shaking your hand at closing as it did the day we met, went over our game plan, rolled up our sleeves, and put it into action. If it doesn't matter why would I feel so strongly about having such a powerful game plan and putting my heart and soul into getting you to a closing? It does matter, and I would rather let you done now than later. I mean that. How about a guarantee to back up what I vehemently believe in and put it in writing in plain English? At anytime I have your property listed and you think that I am not doing what and more to get your home sold, we are talking 100%, you can tell me to withdrawal the listing at anytime. Providing we do not have an offer on the property and it is on it's way to closing. I'm that certain and confident in my performance. It does matter to me, and I want you to know I mean it.
