As Realtors(r), this change in policy will either make or break us as Realtors(r)...

We will either have a job, or we won't have any way to be able to sell current non-compliant inventory. It will either cost the current home owner to get it compliant or reduce the price of the home to get the seller's home compliant. Either way...it's costing, and it is going to make our job nearly impossible as agents.

Thank you as well for getting this very important information out there. I went to a fundraiser this evening for the Dallas Tea Party July 4th. There were many people there completely outraged and ready to speak out. It was amazing to see people of all backgrounds come together as Americans.
