Bevin has been working putting some statistics together for a new flyer and I have to say that even I am impressed. First Impressions has been busy this year and thankfully we've got some great stats to prove it.

It is hard to argue with hard facts and numbers... Staging turns listings into SOLD!

Hi Melissa, these are awesome numbers!

It might also be of great benefit to list what the sale price was compared to the list price, as a percentage value only - 98.7% of list price etc. - or maybe you are not able to do that because of real estate regulations? Could you report the numbers if you didn't give the physical details (address, MLS#) ? It's so important for agents and home owners to know how home staging also benefits them at the selling price level. DOM is a huge concern, but so is the selling price.

This is awesome! Any agents in your area who don't use you are seriously missing out. You are an inspiration to us all.

Vivian-As one of Melissa's frequent clients, I can speak for my own listings that average 98.4%. The results are amazing and I'm proud to be affliated with the First Impressions team. It truly makes a difference when the competition is fierce. But as Melissa says, price has to be right b/c a staged house that is overpriced is still a stage house that is overpriced. And that doesn't always bring offers. The synergy of the price and condition equals SOLD!

Melissa, we are right there with you and understand the frustration. We too have had the same results. All of our listings have gone pending within 20 days since January. Most have had multiple offers in this market, there are so many non believers who have been tainted. This includes REAs and stagers alike. We choose not to even advertise that. It is sad actually, but those are the stats and if anyone wants to challenge..... check the MLS. Thank goodness for the Investors and REAs who know what is really going on ;)))
