TitleRepSolutions has a library of eLetters that you create. You can even take the default eLetters from the Holiday campaign and make them your own and customize them in any way you would like. Once you edit the eLetter -- they become your personal eLetter in the library.
eCampaigns are created by adding eLetters to the campaign and you have the ability to schedule the eCampaign at a future date and dates. You can even have one eLetter in an eCampaign and schedule that eLetter to go out at a future date.
Sending eLetters get sent nearly immediately (within a two hour window).
Assigning an eCampaign allows you to schedule those eLetters into the future.
Be careful when assigning your group look up to a eLetter or eCampaign -- there is a difference and I hope you now know the difference.
