Today July 1st 2009 is Beach & Luxury Realty's 6 year anniversary!

Where has the time gone to?It seems like yesterday,we were starting out in that small office on Madeira Beach Florida and 6 years later....we have 9 contingents throughout the state of Florida with over 200 agents.

Did I think we would be all over Florida?Yes,as I always strive to be #1 at whatever I do. I knew our concept of putting commission $$$$ in the realtors pockets, where they belonged,would catch on!

Although,when the market tanked and real estate companies were dropping like flies....we continued to grow and have been a profitable company.

Beach & Luxury Realty=Excellence in Real Estate!That is our company motto!

I always believed,you cut expenses and pay your agents and chances are they will be happy and we would do well and it has worked.We only charge a $35 monthly fee,a $250 transaction fee and $50 E&O and that is all! 

The bottom line is...we wouldn't be here without our terrific associates...my broker(Cris Burlew) and I know,without them we are nothing!

No matter the market,We shall continue to grow and prosper !
