Pat, yeah, it is, isn't it. Great story about this, it is one of Chick's cows that escaped, ran to a neighbors house that was on the market about 1/2 mile away and rested there. I had to call the RE company that had the house listed as we had to get in the back yard, etc. Was a real hoot.

Integrity, I wonder myself, has a great view of the woods, LOL.

And, great air conditioning and oh the view!! Home features great cathedral ceilings just waiting for your personal touch.

Michael, the roof is new, that is true! All true, LOL. Natural ventilation, love it!

Andrea, it will all depend on whether or not she has declarable income, and a two year history of managing rents so that we can use the income form the upper floor :) :) :)

George, LOL, very good! I wish I had the main house this is attached to as a listing. Maybe if she decides to list it again. I would use this shot.... despite the comments I might get from a few ... :D
