I love fireworks and I'm so excited that I will get to share it with my husband this year.  He hasn't had a 4th of July off work in years.

I love attending these shows on base. I think that it is cool that the public is invited. At 29 Palms it was always a good time as long as it wasn't too hot! The only hard thing was knowing there were several Marines and Sailors that had a hard time with the loud noise after spending time in Iraq.

We can go to MCB Quantico or Fort Belvoir - guess which one my former Marine husband picks?  Karen

Cynthia, I'm sure it's going to be a wonderful show.  Yu have several to choose from, I'd have a difficult time making the decision!

Hi Cynthia,

My Dad served in the Marines in the 60s. He still speaks of his time at Camp Lejuene. I am so proud of him and all the past and present military people.
