Points 2 NLS - How do you like it?

By
Real Estate Agent with Maximum One Greater Atlanta Realtors 317535

I recently upgraded from the Points2NLS standard to Professional option. The website's standard option is free of charge and has quite a bit of options if you ask me, I upgraded because the professional option price increased by 10 bucks as of today and I wanted access to some of the other features not available on the standard option.

I love this website, because it's easy to customize and doesn't take a professional web designer to make your site look professional. The price is not bad as well.

But what I love most about Point2nls is the statistics options, you can see how many, unique visitors, how many returning visitors you website had for a week, weeks or month/s, In addition to the statistics the ease of controlling and monitoring you prospects is great, not to mention you can see how many listing your visitors looked at and other neat stuff..

My site is still a work in progress ( needs a loooootttttt of work) - http://www.atlcondominium.com/ (I'll update you guys when I think it's ok)

But let me know how you like point2nls and how has the investment in the professional package worked for you.

Nattalie - I'm still using my free standard site that I started with Point2Agent.  I enjoy working with it and like how easy it is to use.  I can't say I've really gotten any great leads with it, but it does give me a very respectable site for my prospective clients to check me out.  The best part is all the different sites your listings go to once you've entered them.

Good luck with your Professional upgrade.  I look forward to hearing how it goes.

I'm still on standard, and very happy.  I have received a few leads and a little spam. I did not upgrade because I could not figure out out to get the domain name to show up on every page, with page link. I think this has to with how well you show up in search engines.  The way this is set up, is not very good for search engines. They sent me information on how to fix it, I didn't really understand it and I believe it takes changes from my domain company which really isn't doing anything anymore other than collecting registration fees.

Nattalie I have the professional version.  I can't say that I have noticed  a lot of differences.  Maybe more space, more graphics and no banners.  But I love my Point2 site!  This is the first website I have had 100% complete control over and I am now to #5 on Google for my area!  A hint..you might want to look at the top sites of the month for some design ideas!  Good luck.  Love your colors!

I love this site, but do not like my own.....I upgraded to Professional about a month after working with my free one.  I just cannot figure out how to make my homepage attractive.....but will be working on it.  and the handshakes, I am not doing them so much because the statistics are showing me that people are going to my site for the International Listings, and one other area only.  So, a work in progress, but where's the progress??? :)

I'm still working with the standard version and it's been great. I have gotten some good traffic and leads. I am always updating and changing with new ideas and different events that I have going on. The site is very easy to work with as far as making changes and updating...I really love it!

I recently stopped using Clientclick which is a Royal Lepage website company that was charging me approximately $200. per year since I didn't feel it offered enough options. Now I have made one of the standard Point2 sites and I love it ! It offers WAY more than the Clientclick site did and best of all it does not cost me a thing !  I am sure I will upgrade to the professional version in the not too distant future.....

Here is my site..

Hi,

I have found a good tip for brokers using Point2NLS.

Point2 NLS offers brokers a very real marketing advantage to increase their sales.  For a small fee you can add all of your agents to the network, while having the broker/agent branding on the websites.  The agents have their own website for free and the broker can monitor all of the listings.

The listing is entered once and it is advertised across all of the sites and several home marketplaces on the web.   (Such as  Google, Yahoo, Trulia, MSN, etc.)

Your lead conversion is simplified by the Hot Prospect notification.  You can customize your website to receive notifications via email or text messaging - as soon as the referral sends for information on your website. You as a broker can then pass it on to an agent.  This guarantees that you capture all of the leads, which are potential clients, which can increase your revenue.
