This is my 100th post and my 100th Day on Active Rain. First, I want to thank Dustin Luther for introducing me to Active Rain. I have met so many great people, and really had the chance to see what Blogging and ActiveRain is all about. I have countless success stories and have seen first-hand what Blogging and Networking can do for you and your business. My goal was to invite 100 people (their photo's all over this post), create a blog with 100 posts, and share 100 things or reasons why Active Rain and blogging is worth the time and effort, and do it all in 100 days. I have met my goal... Now, can I do this post in 100 words or less? Hmmm.. LOL!
It's time to spread my Eagle's wings. Yes, you will still see me around the rain, it's just that I want to use the information and knowledge I have learned from all of you (you know who you are, way too many to list), and Pay it forward to others. It's time I help them with the success of their business and Blogs. Blogging, as we all know, is new, exciting, and very beneficial to us in so many ways, it is just one more tool in our arsenal of success. I want to provide more help and support to those individuals I've introduced to Active Rain, and also to those that I've met here too. To me, this is PAYING IT FORWARD in the ultimate Active Rain style. Now I hope to achieve a different level of success. Giving back and Paying it forward is also my way of saying "Thank You" to all who have payed it forward to me.
My wife and I are going to be going into the studio to start work on our next Album (CD)
I have the opportunity to take on a new role with my company. This is an exciting time for me
I will be spending more time with my family and Paying it forward to them, they are my legacy
We are considering opening a Martial Arts School in the community where we live
My oldest son is leaving for Cal Poly next month, I need to get out and close some deals :-)
All that to say this:
Thank you for your referrals, the friendships, and the support you have provided to ALL the members just like me. Active Rain is one of the most powerful on-line networks I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. I can't wait to share with others what it can do for them, and how IT WILL benefit their business. I have seen it with my own eyes, I am a believer!!

Brad, holy cow....... this is incredible. I cannot believe the amount of absolutely useful stuff you have posted here. This is definitely being bookmarked by me and referred to often. Just when I think I might be catching up on things......
Congratulations on your 100th post. I'll miss the frequent postings but it sounds like some very lucky people will be benefitting from your kindness. You are awesome. Thanks for the mention too. =)
Brad, great post and congratulations. You bugger, I have spent an hour trying to figure how to insert My Live Signature into outlook and still don't get it. Ha
I predict this will be the most frequently bookmarked post in the history of ActiveRain. (AR guys, is there a way to tell if I'm right?) You did a super job on it. Thanks for paying it forward!
You are truly an accomplished Active Rainer. This is some really helpful information an that's what this network is all about. Thanks for sharing! Congrats on your 100th post!
This is absolutely incredible!! CONGRATULATIONS! How long did it take you? Anyways, I too will be bookmarking and referring back to often. Thanks for all these great links and info : )
Brad...my first time reading one of your blogs...they say 3rd times a charm.....guess it's the 100th!!!Great information on your links...thanks for sharing....plan on using several of your posted links to enhance our marketing...thanks...maurice
I had to bookmark and also put this blog link on the WooHoo Sally's _The Magic Bus....thanks for the mention and you are beneficial for AR so...even though you're moving forward...keep coming back! I plan to just hang out here....it suits me...and it's about all I can handle.
Congratulations! You've been rated, if I could I'd rate you a 100, but a 5 you get....you've been bookmarked and I am on my way slowly but surely to my 100th post as well! Thanks for all the hard work and good luck with the CD...is it going to be available to buy???
I have no idea what the CD is about...but I am sure it will be meaningful and important! I did scan your blog about it , but unfortunately I have JUST subscribed to your blog and I do not know what it is all about.
I was surprised to read this was only your 100th day here at AR. It seems like you were around when I got started in December 06. Congrats on meeting your goals. Good luck on your future endeavors.
Kudos for 100 great posts! I hope you have at least 100 times the success on your up coming CD! Best wishes to you and your famiy- we will read you in the future!
Now go spend some time with your family and enjoy!
Lots of hard work here Brad. Very well done and smartly done as well. So much info...so little time....I look forward to seeing and reading you on AR for years to come. Commendable Work!
Thanks to all of you for your kind and thoughtful comments! I am sincerely touched by the amount of responses to this post! I will still be out here, and all over the rain, but I'll be flying in stealth mode! I will be refining my posts to bring more interesting information and value to my readers. Quality, not quantity.
One way to help others and "Pay It Forward" is for me to spend more time commenting on "YOUR" posts! I have spent so many hours posting myself, I feel I have neglected my readers by not commenting on theirs! It's payback time!! Look for me on your blog now.... :-)
The 100 people, 100 posts, 100 links, in 100 days was just a goal for me in the beginning. I wanted to see if I could do it, and see what the benefits would be. The only way I can convince others if a tool or service is worthy, is to be sold myself. Active Rain is a No Brainer!!
Lastly, many have commented about our CD. My wife and I will be starting the pre-production on our "musically married" Album sometime this month, and yes, it will be available online and to all you rainers, family, and friends. We don't have a release date just yet, but we'll keep you "posted".
Colleen - thanks for your help and comment. It's actually "I" who am lucky to have to 104 people. I'm even luckier to have the 33,000 members here. You are the one who has taught me the meaning of "Paying it Forward". Since the very beginning, you have been there to assist me. You set the example by your actions, and not just your words. I know you sacrifice so much for others, I wonder, does anyone really know? You and the other moderators are unsung heroes and I praise you for all your valiant effort!
Neal - thanks! We get along, because you hate when I change my photo, and I haven't done that for along time to you. haha! Thanks my friend for your support and friendship.
Monika - you're welcome to read my posts anytime. I know you're creative, I've read your blog...watch for my comments coming soon to a blog near you.. :-)
David - CONGRATS on nearing 85,000 points, that is alot of blogging! Keep up the good job!
Craig - thanks, there was alot of heart put into this and the others, thanks for your comment, very much appreciated!
Rita - there's no rush to go through these, they aren't going anywhere, just bookmark, and come back to visit me once in awhile. There is some time for sale, but it is not cheap.....
Maggie - you are the best! I will still be posting, just going to be more selective and targeted. I have learned so much out here, and still have tons to learn. Paying it Forward to others is the ultimate experience. They say to learn something well, you must teach it. Let's see if "they" were right. I think a weekly post or two should keep me in the "Blog Till You Get To Heaven" contest. I'm too far into it now to ever go back or quit! I think the rainers out here call it addicted! LOL Thanks Maggie, I'll be coming around the mountain when I come, and hope to be riding 6 white horses!! (Big Smile)
Missy - if you need help with that signature, you let me know. I'll walk you through it over the phone. You can use any of my silly widgets on the right side over there to contact me. I'd be happy to help you out! Sorry for the delay in these responses. Been off the puter for a couple days.. :-)
Broker B - Thanks for your compliment! Coming from a "pro" like yourself, that lives on burnt toast, I can't tell you how much that means to me. LOL (Don't tell TLW I said that) Thanks for poppin by and I hope to see you more often now. Question: Is there a Flat Bryant going around the rain? I heard a rumor... :)
Ricardo - thanks for the comment, now I have to stop what I'm doing and go check out your 100th post... I'll be right back....
ok...I'm back! I thought your 100th post was great! I think you're in denial though when you say "don't get addicted" LOL It's great to see that localism.com is paying off for you and so many others. Keep up the great blog and much success to you in the future....by the way...you are addicted! :-)
Laura - the endeavor was fun, every step of the way...thanks! Bookmarked is just another way of saying...someday, I'll be back! You're always welcomed! :-)
Peggy - that has to be the nicest compliment I have received, thank you! Not sure how the rain gods track these, but based on my research, there are posts and blogs bookmarked that I'm sure have been hit thousands of times. If this one makes it in the running, I'd be surprised...and honored. Thanks again!
Lisa and Robert - I don't know that I will ever be "accomplished" but the attempt and effort has sure been fun! You guys are both great and I am happy to know you and be a part of your network! Thanks!!
Janie- If I get 99 comments, I'd love the 100th to be yours!! If I don't stop commenting here, I may hit 100 from just me (ha ha) LOL.
Ed - I'll do my best to not let you down. I am in my second "Active Rain" semester now, and class has started for me as a blogger. I hope you'll see great improvement in my blog and my internet skills in the future. Thanks again.
Kelli - this sucker took forever, I started writing it in MS Word around my 47th post. 100 seemed so far off at that time, but it was a goal, so I had to push and pursue it. I added, erased, started over, changed my mind, switched the gears...just about everything you could imagine with this one post. I guess you could say I am emotionally attached to this one. Glad you liked it and will be coming back from time to time. There really is some very cool stuff here, and the showcase of widgets and gadgets you see on the right are all here too. Enjoy!!
Maurice - I am glad you can use this! That is my reward. I know it's your first time here, but please come back as often as you like. My posts should only get better. If you like this one, you're going to LOVE 101!
Vicki - If only "one" were to pay it forward, it still makes a huge difference right? That's what I'm hoping. And then maybe two...or three...next thing you know, everyone is paying it forward. What a great concept! Thanks for being inspired to "Pay It Forward" to someone else. We need that fire to stay alive out here!
Marlene - Centennial?...hmmm that almost sounds "Patriotic"! I like it, thank you!! (Big Smile)
Sally - I appreciate the magic bus ride, and also your comment. I'm not going away, just crawling out of my cacoon. Once my wings are dry, I shall fly all over the rain and shower great tidings down to the people. I have a vision.... I have a dream! Watch out for the transition of "The Escrow Guy" to the.....
Kevin - thanks, you're welcome, and I will. :-)
Suzanne - I'm glad this one's a keeper for ya, I hope you enjoy all the stuff that's here.
Emmett - thanks for the bookmark! Hope you find your way back often...
John - bookmarked and a 5, the finest compliment a reader can pay in a comment! Thank you!!
Daniel and Paula - thank you so much!
Cynthia - Tired? No way...Exhausted? Absolutely!! LOL Thanks!
Eveline - thanks for the 100, the 5, and the bookmark. Good luck on your 100th post coming soon. I'll keep my eye out for it. And, yes, the CD will be available online for our listeners at Brad's Music Blog.
Alexander - thanks for your comment. The CD is our Album we will be releasing sometime in the near future. If I could get off the computer long enough to start writing and recording, it would get done sooner than later. Will there be a song on there about blogging? You bet! I may use my blog to do the whole record.....hmmm, now there's an idea?!? LOL
Diane - You can always pay it forward, it's hard to pay it back! Thank you for your sweet comment. :)
Debi - I actually joined AR on Feb. 25th and did my first (lousy) post on the 27th. It does seem like I have been out here alot longer...time really does fly when you're having fun. Thanks!
Christy - I am a blogging maniac, but I am also learning so much, so fast. It's a pace yourself kinda thing. I need to learn how to do that! LOL
Nattalie and Lea - Thank you. Enjoy!
Gary - Thanks. Please put this post to use, don't make it a memorable one! :)
Tim - It is amazing, all the things, tools, knowledge, and people on AR. Thank you friend
Tim and Pam - Thanks, I will be by to comment on your blog too. That's just paying it forward! :)
Joan - You are genuine, and I appreciate your comment. I know there's alot here, hope you can reference it many times in the future. You have to stop staying up till 4:00am, set your clock ahead 2 hours so you can ge to bed by 2:00. Thanks Joan for just being you. (Big Smile)!!!
Ray - Neal and I must be at the top of your Blog Subscription. I noticed you gave Neal the credit for this post. I'll tell you what, for Neal or You, I'd gladly give up this post in your honor. I love when you comment on my blog and put "Neal". It tells me you are up as late as the rest of us, and blogging away like a crazed blogging maniac. It's like waking up in the middle of posting a comments and saying..."where the heck am I?" LOL You and your comments (and Neals) are always welcomed and appreciated. Thanks!
Lynda - 100 You're Welcomes!!! - Amazing might be pushing the envelope, but busy? You bet. I feel a great sense of accomplishment with this post and all that I have witnessed up until this point. I know I can't go back in life, and I know it's short. Thanks for your support and kind words. Very sincere and heartfelt, definately came through in your comment. That means alot to me. Thank you.
Donna- thanks for your comment. I hope the same for our CD, and kudos to you for being so supportive and encouraging. I do hope you'll subscribe to my blog and be back to read some of my future posts. You can also subscribe and receive them via email if yo prefer. (see the widget on the right). Thanks you.
Tony - the next 100 will be the toughest. I've had dreams that I actually posted the same post twice not realizing it. What do you write after 100 posts? I'll need some space and time to figure that one out. You'll notice my book library on the right. There are some great books on blogging. Guess I better get to reading!! LOL Thanks!!
Abraham - Oh I'll be regular, I eat lots of oatmeal and wheat bread...oh..you meant with my blog.. ok! :-)
Jonathan - you will get to 100 too, just keep your head down and keep typing. You'll also become a faster and better typist. Just remember your audience and the content, content, content! Thank you. :-)
Jason - I appreciate that very much. Now that I've started, you will see me around for years to come. I look forward to meeting many of you in person someday too. When I start my "Raining Tour" across the US and Canada, I'll be sure to stop by and visit you. Maybe a cup of cocoa together or a cup of something. LOL Till then, keep blogging and don't be a stranger here either.
Maureen - thank you, it's not the points that count on this one, it's the benefits of 100 days gone for my readers. I'm glad you found this post, and were able to comment. I look forward to reading your blog too!
Linda - a "keeper" is a rare word used on the rain. Keepers are hard to find these days, so thank you for putting me up under the spotlight that way. I hope everyone reads it too. There are some really cool links here and awesome blogs. I hope they don't just browse through it and miss all the "cool stuff" I posted here. Thanks for your comment.
Kristal - there's that word again, "keeper"! I love that word, it's so full of security and gratitude! Makes me warm and fuzzy all over. I always appreciate seeing your comments on my post and I am honored to have them here. Looking forward to the next 100....over the next 100 years... :-) LOL
Jana - let me know what you think when you get back from checkin them out! Thanks!!
Active Mike - The Mortgage Guy - I'll help out any way and as much as I can. Let me know how you'd like me to assist you with that group. Glad to do it! You have been my hero out here since day one, it's the least I can do in "paying it forward" to you. I'll call you later to give you details on the upcoming project with FATCO. Thanks Bud!!
Maureen - Awe...the Prestigious Cookie Award, I have read about it, and heard about it on the streets. You have no idea what that cookie means to me. That was very kind and sweet of you! Chocolate chip too, one of my favorites.... (yelling down the stairs...."Honey? Do we have any Milk?") Looks like the cookie won't make it through the end of this
....comment. :-)
mmmm...that was delicious!!
Cookies this good were meant to be eaten and appreciated! I hope you know how much I appreciated it!
(HUGE SMILE) and (BIG THANK YOU)....now I need to come up with my own award in "your honor"!
Brad, LOL, I am very sorry, but let me tell you something, for some reason I always relate you with Neal bloom or I relate Neal Bloom with you, why? I believe that both of you are very popular guys and have always very good sense of humor and make very positive comments, I like you both, and no offense my friend. You are a great person. I always love to read your blogs when I have time of course :)
Ray - no apologies please!! Neal is a great guy, and to relate us with each other is quite a compliment, so thanks... I know we all have our jobs to do, but it's nice to also have all these AR friends and relationships. I look forward to meeting someday in person, and maybe even watch a UFC match together. Neal can join us if he's available. Enjoy your day, and don't work too hard ok? Ciao for now! :-)
Jacqulyn - I hope you like the links you haven't seen before. I love this kinda stuff, I know many of the next generation buyers and sellers do too. My son is in college (Junior) and he shows me some really cool things the kids have now days. A Class Technology Kids these days. Thanks for your comment and the bookmark. :-)
Congratulations on the 100.Thanks for the links. There are several ones that I had not heard of. Joining AR is the best thing I did for my Real Estate business since getting my CRS.
Gita - Joining AR is the best thing anyone could do for their business! I'm glad that you understand how this network can help contribute to your success! Have fun with these links, some are fun, some are educational, and some will help your website and your blog. Enjoy!
You did it! CONGRATULATIONS on a job well done! What a great post! I'm bookmarking this one to use as a constant resource. Soo many good things in here, I can't even check them all out at once. Thanks Brad, your posts are always so full of it! LOL
Thanks Jim and Maria (I still never know which one of you is commenting so I'll thank you both)LOL :-) Have fun with the gidgets and gadgets and whatchamacallits, you might even find many of these to be of great value to your business.... that's my hope anyway.
Linda - thanks! You are one of the friends I was referring to above. I am looking forward to getting together to help, and really make this work for you. Left you a message today, call my cell when you can.
.....and yes, my posts are totally "full of it"! ROFL :-))
Brad, what an amazing post! That must have taken hours and hours and I bet everyone is right, it will be the most bookmarked post on AR---I too would like to know! And it's SO well deserved. THANK YOU for sharing So much in your 100 posts!
Carole - you sure know how to make a guy feel good about his work! You have been the most supportive and inspirational reader to me. You are inter-twined all through-out my posts, with just incredible and supportive comments. How can I pay it forward to you? What can I do to return the kind gesture? I got your back anytime, anywhere!! Thanks Carole, you're the greatest!
Now I'll have to bookmark it too, just so I can come back and read your comments every once in a while when I need a boost or a pick-me-up!! LOL :-)
Brad... sorry that I am late to this one. CONGRATS on your 100th post. Wow.... just in 100 days? In any case, you have brought some good thoughts and ideas to AR... thanks and nice post.
Jeff - thank you. 100 days went by pretty fast, on the down side, so has my Blog. I will say, my typing skills and speed have increased. Maybe more comments if I let them sit a while.. LOL :-) Thanks for coming by, it's always better to hear from you late than never. :-)
WOW!!! what an accomplishment my friend. Genius!! FANTASTIC POST!!! Its no wonder it took as long as it did. Hey its the 100th, what more can you say, right. LOL! Thanks 100 times for all the hard work you put in this community. I have gained much from you. Love your posts!! ;) Enjoy spending time with the family. I bet that new CD will be fantastic as well. Blessings to your family Brad... ;)
Luisa - thanks! You are so complimentary and kind. I appreciate your comment and am humbled by your words. I sure hope to continue bringing value to this community and others. I am looking forward to helping other on the rain, and growing my business locally to new and exciting levels. I will post some of the stuff from our CD when it comes available. It will be fun, and I am excited about creating and producing it. It's much like blogging, except every song (post) has to be perfect!! It's challenging, but still very fun...just like blogging. Thanks so much for all your kind and thoughtful comments on all my posts. You're wonderful!! :-)
Hi Ruth - Glad you are able to use these links and take advantage of them. Please remember to give back to others as you grow and learn here on the rain. We call it "Paying it Forward" and it is the best way to thank the members who do contribute their time and efforts! Thanks for your comment, they're always welcomed and appreciated!!
Congrats on hitting the 100 post mark....I hope to be there someday. Great post! I checked out and am taking advantage of some of the great links that you've so graciously provided. How's the market in Vallejo? The market up here in Sacramento is starting to show some signs of life...but not much. My wife is a nurse and to put it in a medical perspective, if our market were in a hospital, it would be in Intensive Care. LOL. Anyhow, I feel like the links you posted here are similar to the tools a doctor would have at his/her disposal to diagnose and help heal their patient. Kudos to you and thanks for Paying It Forward!
Chris - the Vallejo Market is probably very similiar to the Sac market. Starting to move a little but still lots of inventory, short sales, foreclosures etc. If the market were a hospital right now, the best analogy I can think of is ALL PATIENTS, w/no doctors!! LOL Thanks Chris. :-)
Linda - these are some of the best links I have discovered thanks to other members contributions and research I have done looking at websites, blogs, and posts others have contributed. I have to give Active Rain most of the credit and the members for their sharing and generosity!!
Brian - I see you've been "Inspecting" areas of my blog, thanks for the comments, now I'm off to see yours. I will admit, this post took me longer to think about and longer to prepare than any other post I have ever done. :-)
Brad, I came to this post from Colleens. I had never seen it and I think it is amazing! I put it on the side bar of the newbie Group. If you don't want it there, let me know. Congratulations on all your achievements!
Karen - I'm honored to be in any place you feel appropriate in the group. More than half the posts I write, are directed to new members and clients on Active Rain, so thank you for the kudo's. Also, thanks to Colleen for her including me in her post, I'll have to go check it out, been out of town the last 3 days fishing, but it's great to be back! Thanks again to "both of you"!! :-)

Well ok. And believe me if I was closer I'd come!!! smile But just know that I will thinking of you and "fishy" post on the 4th as I party with the bbq, fish (catfish), and other goodies. I wish the same for you and your family and all of AR.
I am going to be adding more links to this post in the future, I have about 20 more that have been discovered since this post. Feel free to add any you feel should be on here!!
Wow Brad that is some complex lengthy post!!! Thanks for sharing and taking the time. Its a great one.Certainly a bookmark. It must have been fun to be away from the computer for 3 days..unless you brought a lap top.
Lloyd - thanks!! One of my longer posts for sure, but packed with some really great stuff! 3 days was nice!! I try to leave cell phones, laptops, watches etc. behind when I go places with the family. Creates a better "Life" balance!!
Frank - you're welcome!! Have a blast surfing this evening! Sorry for the delay in commenting back, got hung up on another post today....darn those featured posts are hard to keep up with the comments!! LOL! Wouldn't have it any other way! :-)
Brad-I don't know how I missed this post....Incredible......Thank you for all of the links...That must have taken a long time to do that post. One of the best I have ever seen!
Midori - thanks! I hope the posts I write just keep getting better and better. As long as you like them, I'm happy. Thanks for the comment and I hope you can use many of these links! :-)
Brad, What an awesome amount of time you have put into this post. Glad you used one of my favorites www.re-date.com Love keeping track of how long we've been married. Today is 14282 days!
Margaret - I have 16,391 days......but that is being alive, not married. I only have 17 years of those! WOW! you really have a good reason to use re-date, and get excited!!! I love it too! Congrats on your rare acheivement with you and your husband. That's many years and very inspirational!! :-) Thanks for your comment, and your contributions to this post. I know it has helped out many, and also allowed them some fun, just like I'm having with these comments here. :-)
BTW - I have been alive for 1,416,246,000 seconds give or take a few because of my slow typing!! LOL!
I can't believe how much information you have collected. Thank you so much for sharing. You are a great ActiveRain resource and certainly a great Solano County resource. Best wishes in all your endeavors.
Doreen - thanks for the very kind comment! You are always so complimentary!! It was my pleasure putting this post together, between you and I, (and anyone else that actually reads the comments) this was going to be my last post! Colleen talked me out of it, I want to help others with blogging because I know it will help grow their business. I just don't have the time to do both, I am getting by, but have had to really reduce my blogging time in order to help the clients in my area grow their business in this changing market. I love doing them both, but one pays more of the bills than the other right now. :-)
Dionne - Thanks for that compliment, it's always nice seeing you at different events around town, great to know you're always looking for ways to grow and benefit from some of the activities we do. PS. I love your REaltor Bling Bling!! (Big Smile)
I did see that you were saying goodbye and freaked out. Then as I read the comments, I could tell you had a change of heart. I am glad you are staying and understand that you have to focus on the business at hand.
Thanks, Doreen
And THANK YOU to Colleen for convincing you to stick around!
Doreen - thanks!! If I help many, then I help one, and if I help one, I help many!! sounds bizzarre but it's so true. If you see me less, you'll know where I am, but my blog will remain on Active Rain. Have a great night! :-)
Thanks Debbie - I think I remember that, thanks for coming back to check it out. I forhot all about it and just found a site in this post I think I'll write about. This post was all the way back in July, I was going to try and ween myself from AR...lotta good that did me! LOL!! :-) Thanks again!
Brad, just seeing this.... WHEW! I thought you were leaving until I noticed the date. This is a great post and it has such deep meaning. I know your head was lighter after downloading all this information! Glad you are still here!
I do have a bone to pick with you. I searched and searched and did not see my pic in the bunch. I guess that says I had no impact in your life. Booo hoo.
Enjoy your holidays with your family and friends and please be safe~ from me and my family.
Rosemary - dear, dear, dear, you didn't read paragraph 1 - line 4 of the post where I said:
"My goal was to invite 100 people (their photo's all over this post)"
these are photos of the agents and friends that I "INVITED" from my area to join Active Rain and they did. I did not invite you to Active Rain, when I met you, you were already here and a member. DON'T be silly! You have has an enormous impact on my life and my time here in the rain. All things good and bad must one day come to an end. Do not think for one moment that you didn't have an impact on me and my time here. You're the best!
Have a great and safe Holiday, and I look forward to many more years of friendship and referrals. :-)
Brad, he he wink! I missed that little point and went right straight to feeling "left out". I right away figured I had an left a small impression that didn't stick ....... sigh. Thanks for clearing that up for me (now my sign is a SMILE). I am so glad to know that you are still here - maybe not as much as before but still here doing great things and sharing priceless information with us. I had slacked off a little myself because it takes up a great deal of time and thought to keep up here on the rain, but I am back ---more than I realized until last night!
I will be added to your list of referral contacts soon, I promise. And I am so glad we are friends and I feel sssssssssssooooooooooo much better now. wink wink

Hi Brad, I just ran a search looking for something else and this came up from you - I knew I had to click on it and am I glad I did. Brad, Thank you for sharing your endless wealth of knowledge! I can only imagine how long it took to pull this post together - you are awesome! Bookmarked for 2008 plans of digging deeper to increase my techno knowledge base.
Brad - Whew! I know this took you a while to put together. I haven't read the entire list yet, but am impressed with the quality sites I've seen thus far.
Jackie - you are taking it up a notch if you get the chance to review any of the links here. Many of these were contributed by other AR member too! Have fun and enjoy!
Patsy - thank you! You are too sweet! I'm glad you have a vision and a plan for 2008! You will have a great year with or without these links, but there is some stuff here that I think will enhance your plan and build your success. Best to you this year and in the years ahead! :-)
Jackie - this post took me forever. It was the results of a post I did about putting links in th comments of others posts. Normally it's a no-no, but I was asking for them so I could build this post. Glad you found it and feel the quality is there. I only put the best of the best.
This post was done quite some time ago, and I have since discovered so many more tools, products, links and services. Feel free to check out the bottom of my Profile Page, I have added so much more there with links to every post that you might find relative. Thanks for commenting, I hope you have a successful and rewarding 2008! :-)
Just when I say I am going to read the new posts and not get sidetracked, I stumble into your "100 links." Makes it hard to stick to my New Year's Resolutions. But thank you for your time and generosity.
Nice to hear and see that life for you does have a silver lining. I am always impressed with the information that you impart and to say the least have learned a lot. Many times I have to go back and re-read your blogs so that I can implement your suggestions.
Lorraine - it's always nice to hear that these posts are beneficial, even if in some small way they help, that is my reward. The other reward that comes from these, are the relationships that get built from them. I have met 100's of wonderful and very appreciative people here that are also willing to share and who have helped me grow while playing here in the rain. Thank you so much for your comment and good wishes!! :-)
Man, you have certainly "payed it forward" with the time and effort you put into this post. Thanks for collecting all of these links in one spot! Good luck to you.
Kim thanks - hard to believe this post is still going. I just read it and funny thing is, today is my "One Year Anniversary" on Active Rain. Guess I just couldn't get away from this place, I'm happy to still be here. :-)
Congratulations with all of your success!! I just found this post and will bookmark it to continue to check the links out! Thank you for taking the time to post all of these!
Misty - This post should be redone only because there are 100 more that could be written about! Maybe I'll do a follow up to this when time permits. Glad you found this, hope it's helpful to you. Thanks! :-)
Jimmy - the number of commenter you are isn't what's important, it's the fact that you took the time to comment that I appreciate the most. Many people just read and don't comment, so I want to make sure YOUR efforts don't go unnoticed by me!! Thanks be to YOU my friend!
To see how many read your Blog Posts and don't comment, just go to your "Statistics" page on AR, and you'll be shocked. Then you'll understand why comments are soooo appreciated around here! (Big Smile) :-)))))
Brad Greetings from Riverdale, Georgia!!!! Thank you for such a complete and comprehensive list of tools and task to assist in my professional growth!!!

I am new at participating in the AR networking community or any networking community. Those website are great! Thanks! I'm glad I happened upon this page. I see this is a place one can learn a lot. I'm a new agent (almost three years) and I'm grateful for everything new I learn. I joined AR in 2007 but never explored what it was about. I know better now.

Thanks Jeff and Sharon - I did. This one took me the entire time I was on AR to compile. It was suppose to be my last post here....yeah right! lol~ Thanks. :-))
Brad, you really cought on to this whole AR thing like a fish to water. 100 posts in 100 days? Not only that, but you have some of the most quality posts within the entire AR. Thanks so much for being part of why AR is such a wonderful place.
Troy - thanks for the awesome comment, members like you make every effort here worth while. My intentions were to hit the 100 goal, and then move on to other things in life and share what Blogging can do with my clients. Not sure what happened, but in a flash, my entire life changed. It's like one of those hair commercials, not only am I a member, I work for the company now. lol~
One of the best jobs I've ever had for sure. I love it! I just hit my 250th post! Unbelievable! :-)

BTW - I feel like a Jackass mule asking you this, but which one of you is commenting here? Is it Thom or Ray? I've always wanted to know, but was to stupid to just ask. See what being up this late will get ya to do?
I just had my first featured blog and I'm walking on a cloud. What an exciting thing! However, I still feel like such a newbie. You have inspired me. Thanks.
Marian - congrats on your feature!! :-))) That newbie thing wears off in no time at all. Always here if you need me. BTW - Your comment inspires me! Thanks.
