No Fireworks, No Balloons, No Fanfare, on this milestone.

Three Hundred Thousand Points. WOW! I missed it until several congrats came by today. There are so many to thank, as this isn't only me. I am a better agent, a more well rounded agent and Broker than when I started here in feb of '07.

So, as not to hurt any feelings I want to thank everyone on Active Rain for the support given not only to me, but to each other.

So to Celebrate...I am thinking of changing my photo...from this...

You sure are 100% right about, that we sure do not make it to each of theses milestones on our own.

Congrats and my vote is to have a picture of who you really are. That is pretty hypocritical as I badly need to change my picture as I am, now, very casual, but am putting off a bit stuffy look. My reason at the time was to help attain the high end $2mm plus buyer and seller. I have since decided to stay away from that price point and need to change my branding. This is a good kick to get me to do it. I was told that 300k was a good number to notice much better results. Love to know if that is true, as I have yet to hit 200k. Best to ya........

Quite an accomplishment, and I think you should use both photos. As for the price range I find there are wonderful people from low to high and the price range has nothing to do with the ease and enjoyment of the transaction.

I like the new photo and congratulations on such a huge milestone that is amazing. I'm just trying to reach 50,000 at this point and it seems harder and harder each day.

William, WOW! is right. 300,000 points is quite an accomplishment. I would go with the up-to-date photo.

Congratulations! I like the first photo - relaxed yet confident. Better angle and colors. You look quizzical in the second. It matters not here, of course, but if you use it in your marketing ... Either way you're a winner!

Way to go William! So now you have a winter and summer photo! Both are great.

Seriously, I like both pictures although the coat & tie is much more formal. Handsome in either case.

Congrats on your milestone! I noticed the new photo and needed to really look to see if it was you or someone hacked in and stole your profile! HA HA! The new photo looks more distinguished!
