Valley Village, CA is a community first formed in 1939 and later approved by the
Los Angeles City Council. Approximately 22,000 residents live within the boundaries
that are as follows:

WEST: the Tujunga Wash
SOUTH: the Ventura (101) Freeway
EAST: the Hollywood (170) Freeway
NORTH: Burbank Boulevard

Valley Village zip codes include 91607, and some areas of 91601 and 91602.

Valley Village is well known for it's wonderfully kept traditional homes and in some neighborhoods it's extra-large lot sizes.

There is also some great new construction always going on in the city.  You'll see some wonderful new buildings along some of the major streets.

Valley Village is one of our favorites cities.  It is "Studio City Adjacent"  which means it's close enough to all of the metropolitan area along Ventura blvd, but at the same time it's distant enough to be a true neighborhood and not too commercial.

You get a little more bang for your buck in Valley Village, as in general it is not quite as expensive as Studio City.  But there are many people who prefer the Valley Village atmosphere over Studio City because it rings of such a traditional, relaxed and serene feel.
