Pat, if only I could clone you!  Thanks again for such a warm introduction to the AR community and all the very kind words you said about me.  I orginally came to know AR through yours and Ed Schneider's encouragement to check it out and have found it to be a great resource.  Almost a "virtual water cooler" for me, since I work alone and often wish I had office colleagues to bounce ideas off of - AR can do that for me.  I think we all get better when we share ideas and experiences.

While I am a (recovering) attorney, you have overstated my qualifications just a little bit.  I am not a broker (maybe someday).  I do find my past life as an attorney has been a benefit to my real estate career, but real estate demands many other skills that I have had to learn along the way, including by emulating other Realtors I admire and see doing great things.  Proof of that?  I'm here blogging because a Realtor I admire encouraged it.  And oh, its fun too!
