Google is snatching up everything!!

Google has a voracious appetite, no question. Hopefully they don't overextend themselves with new companies and then can't manage the growing portfolio. It happens time and again in business.

I remember reading that their eventual goal was world wide FREE internet access for everyone !  Perhaps we will one day find outselves living on planet 'Google'   rather than planet 'Earth'.

Google is becoming the internet monster....slowly and methodically.  Did you ever think the word "Google" would be more reconginzed than "Microsoft?"

Soon Google is going to become the giant that must be dealt with. It won't be long before the focus is removed from MicroSoft and the hackers spammers, etc start to focus on Google. When I first opened my google gmail account close to 2 years ago, spam in my google account was non existent. Now, I am finding myself deleting an increased number of spammers everyday while the quantity has reduced considerably in my Yahoo, Hotmail and Outlook inbox.

 I saw this somewhere yesterday and thought gee did I know Google bought Feedburner? Since I must have featured this at some point, I must have read it here.    Our local Googleaholic (a teenage blogger who worships Google) has a WordPress.org blog.  I wondered if he'd started out on a blogger blog and what could have made him blog on something that is not Google owned. I thought maybe I had seen this news on his blog.
