Yep, you read it right. On Tuesday I closed on a $1,775,000 downtown Chicago condo and then attended another closing on a $385,000 home in Homer Glen.  Last month I closed on a $975,000 home in Downers Grove. Last month I closed on 5 homes....don't tell me the market is suffering in the Chicagoland area because I won't believe you for one bit. I read and listen to people complain and complain and probably blog a little too much about nothing. There IS business out there waiting for you to grab and if you aren't out there grabbing it, someone else will!

Is this a post about bragging? Nope. It's a post to tell people that there is business out there and you can have it if you really want it.
