Okay sorry it took so long---I was memed Thursday but its been a little crazy around the Joyner household.
1. I have a husband named Lee (my oldest child) and two beautiful girls Breanna thats 4, and Chelsea thats 8.
I have been blessed with a great family. My children are definitely the highlight of my life. I can't see how anyone could abuse children when they are so much entertainment. They keep me laughing all the time with what they say and do. They think they are grown especially the oldest Chelsea. When I look at them I feel successful that for one time in my life I definetly did a good thing.
2. I grew up in the Brady bunch family. Not that we had the Beaver Cleaver thing going on but my mom had 2 girls and a boy and she married a man when I was 7 that had two boys and a girl. So I'm used to big family get togethers and I love it.
3.I became a realtor in 2001 and have been very lucky to do the business I do. By no means to I mean I'm a top producer, but I do a decent business. I guess my niche is new construction and I love it. I work for 5 or 6 builders in the area and love picking out floorplans and learning all the intricate details of building a home. One of my builders alot of times uses me as a superintendent as far as setting up subs. Because of this I built my own house three years ago. I begged that builder to build it for me and he wouldn't. He said we worked too well together and he didn't want to ruin it. He did however agree to oversee it because like I told him---I'm not a builder and there is alot I don't know.
4. In 2001 I lost the love of my life----my grandfather. He was the funniest person you've ever met, and didn't have an enemy in the world. He made me laugh and was always up to something. He even taught my dad's parrot---which I now have---dirty words one weekend to call my daddy. So, god knew I was hurting and sent me Shorty----he's the first builder I went to work for that I talked about in the previous paragraph. No one could take papa's place but it helped having someone like him back in my life. Shorty has basically quit building but we talk all the time. He's one of my best friends. Okay I'm crying now so we need to go to the next subject.
5. I'm not your average realtor. If I think I might could get by with sticking a whopee cushion in your chair ---I will. I love to laugh and love to pull pranks. I tell my clients------don't be stressed this is going to be fun finding you a home, it should be exciting not depressing.
I know your bored now so I'll stop here. Thats enough about me. My philosophy in life----live well, love much, and laugh often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
