The Lancaster Career and Technology Center has successfully built a green home from the ground up over the last few years.  The goal was to use the project as an incubator for their building trade students to get hands-on experience with emerging technologies.  If you've been following this blog for the last few years, you'll already be acquainted with this home with my many articles about it, including ones like these:

Well, the big day came and they finished the home for sale.  Unfortunately, due to prior arrangements the listing went to another brokerage (I know, I know...don't hold it against them) - not for my lack of effort to convince them to go with me.  Irrespective of that, the folks at LCCTC are a class act and my hat is off to them. Help me to sell this home as the buyer's agent!
