In our neighborhood we have several homes that are for sale and have been for months.  It is in our best interest to get these homes sold.  Our neighborhood is 30+ years old and the homes are still beautiful and well taken care of.  We have an active HOA, swim/tennis, a website, and a very active newsletter and I was thinking of maybe just making up a marketing packet that is similar to the ones that new construction builders do.  Does anyone have any feedback, ideas, or have seen any HOAs become involved to help sell their neighborhood homes in this down market?
