Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes!

The last few months have brought several changes to our team of real estate professionals.  The first was when Cyndi, our Client Care Coordinator told us she was offered another position at a local construction company. The second came when I decided to take her place.

I am back at my original position with Brenda and Sandy before I decided to go into real estate full time as a buyer's agent.  The catch this time is that I am going to continue as a buyers agent and keep the office running as smooth as peach fuzz.  Sounds easy enough.

Actually, I don't mind the extra work and the pay check is nice, especially with our Stayton market being so slow on the buying end.  The good news is we are listing a ton of great properties to sell.  Interest rates are still SUPERB and buyers really need to get off the fence and make a great deal out there.

My goal is to get back into posting a few times a week.  I can't tell you all how much I have missed contact with my AR friends and I look forward to commenting on your posts soon.  Have a great 4th!

Hi Leslie ~ There sure is a lot to be said for a paycheck! Teams are becoming a much more popular - and successful - way to sell real estate in my neck of the woods.

I do enjoy the challenge and it keeps me on my toes.  I have to admit, I did get to the point where I didn't pay as much attention to conversations with the team behind the scenes.  Now I need to know exactly what is going on with all the transactions and its a challange.

I would love to take the winter off... in Hawaii!

Thanks all for your kind words.
