This evening I went with an investor client of mine who wanted to show me a couple of the homes he purchased in the downtown Greenville area. He does incredible work and I was very impressed to see what he is accomplishing with these old homes. I was fascinated by the fact that so many homes in the general area are scheduled for demolition, to make way for new construction. This is truly a wonderful thing to have a former distressed neighborhood be converted into nice, new homes. From what I saw tonight it appears that Greenville, SC is in full swing ahead to avoid further regression in distressed neighborhoods and is pursuing a robust agenda of progression and new development. This city just keeps getting better!
