Home loan rates are down this past week, according to Freddie Mac. CNBC told me during lunch that Treasury auctions next week are big, so I don't think the rate dip will last. Meanwhile, I listed a new great country property, just in time for the 4th of July weekend: All American "Rodeo" Home.
