Wonder if anyone has any thoughts on this....

I created this website this week just for this Palm Beach County waterfront property exclusively. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts they would like to share.

Constructive criticism is welcome!

Try and make the contact information prominent. It is at the bottom of the page, I'd put it right underneath the MLS #

You guys are fast! Thanks! The property is a little over the top. So we have to be just as over the top in advertising I suppose. We had a back to back broker's open a couple of weeks ago for a formal "unveiling" of the home. All day and all night. We had it catered with waiters and waitresses, a sax player, and wine too! We guesstimated about 200 people showed which was pretty good.

bold or highlight the top high points, there is so much, if someone skims, they might miss something.  Can the picture be higher in the screen instead of that large blue bar?  It seems overwhelming and the pic of the home is what should be most visible on one screen without having to scroll

I think it is a great website...maybe too good. My question would be what is left for you to tell prospective buyers about the property? I feel when you give too much info, it could have people think they know everything they need to know and do not contact you. Just my thoughts.

Have a great day.

I think it looks great!

Consider a PDF of the MLS and maybe use a MLS Summary Sheet instead of a full sheet. After clicking on the MLS link and transitioning to another page, the email view locked up. Increase the font for the contact information at the bottom.

It's good enough that I'd love to see the inside!

I guess we can talk up a home, but seeing is really believing. Nothing beats getting to view the home in person. If they want to see the home they have to call us to get inside as we have an exclusive listing with the owner (even if they bring an agent that sells it). Proper exposure is necessary to get the agents interested too.

Great listing--congratulations to you.  I think it might be helpful to increase the prominence and size of your personal contact info.  You have more room at the top to do this.

Thanks for the ideas. I changed a few things around per everyones insight. Sometimes it takes an outside point of view to challenge the perspective. I think I will tweak  it some more...
