Barbara Corcoran and Halstead Property broker Brian Lewis have faced off on Price Fix before, but this time the subject of their estimates is Brian's own Upper West Side apartment! He paid $425,000 for it six years ago and has since added about $110,000 worth of renovations. So how much is the real estate savvy resident's apartment worth? Barbara Corcoran has the answer -- but will Brian agree? What do you think?
