The Museum of Photographic Arts presents a comprehensive survey of 80 works by one of the most recognized photographers in the world, Ansel Adams (1902-1984).
The chronological retrospective includes many iconic works that trace Adam's development as an artist and environmentalist.

July 4, July 4th at Old Poway Park 

 

 

There will be live musical entertainment in the Gazebo throughout the day. Poway Station Model Railroad Club will display model trains, historical gun fighting re-enactors will perform mock train robberies and gunfights. The Heritage Museum and Nelson House will be open with patriotic and educational décor and memorabilia. Blacksmiths will be demonstrating iron making and forging metal into useful tools. Children's activities will be offered, and there will be plenty of lunch items and treats for sale. There will be cowboys and cowgirls wondering the park, so come in your best old west costume!
