Wow! The neighbor must have really done something to make him mad. But that sign is not going to make anyone want to move in.

Hey Bob, Long time no see, the sign is hilarious and i have several clients who would probably like one!

I can see myself putting out a sign like that. I do have a bit of a mean streak in me. LOL

Michael, No telling what that neighbor did, but I agree. Who would knowingly buy that house now?
