There have been some exciting changes as my business grows. In order to better serve you, my clients, I have created a team of people to assist me.

Let me introduce the new members of the
CROSS HOME TEAM:

Renee Guerassio
Buyer's Agent

She has four years experience in the Maryland Real Estate industry. Renee will be assisting me by showing homes, following up with your phone calls and emails and answering your real estate related questions, as well as writing contracts and related documents. She specializes in Relocation, First Time homebuyers and other residential home sales.

Carolyn Smith
Transaction Coordinator

Her duties are to assist in making certain that all paperwork is complete and correct. She’ll be assisting with scheduling appointments for Home Inspections, Termite Inspections, and Appraisals. Additionally, she will be a contact point for Loan Officers, Lenders, Processors, Title Companies and other agents in order to assure that all documents are filed and organized in a timely manner.
