Well my friends the good old 4th of July rolls around tomorrow and every small town and city across America will be having parades and parties.    A few days ago I wrote a blog about Joining the Parade, rather than having it pass you by.   (See here.)  For those who didn't follow my suggestion for whatever reason it looks like the parade has passed you by.  This was an excellent opportunity to get seen and recognized by thousands of people right in your own community.   Oh well... Christmas is coming and you'll have another opportunity.

This blog will cover a number of random topics.  It's a kind of refresher course on turning strugglers into winners and turning winners into even bigger winners.

- Winners associate with winners...  Make new friends with smart people..   Lean through osmosis.  (See here.)

- "Think time" should be part of every working day.   Make it a routine to create a next day game plan.  (See here.)

- R-E-S-P-E-C-T.....Lord what it means to me!   Don't be a Rodney Dangerfield.  (See here.)

- High steppin' strutters land in the gutters...  It's the little things that separate the winners from the also-rans.  (See here.)

Lastly for today...... make a well though out, detailed written business plan.  9 out of 10 people who receive this advice won't follow it.   For some unknown reason they believe they're smarter than every business expert in the land.   They don't need a business plan and will invent every excuse in the world not to have one.   

A well orchestrated business plan will improve the bottom line of successful agents and improve the lot of those who are failing.   This is IMPORTANT.....   Read my blog here and follow the advice.....or remain stagnant.   The choice is yours.
