Midori, great post, I too pledge my allegiance with the flag, and thank the US Armed Forces!

Midori - Nice post... I did a similar post that included a chapter on American heroes written by Henry Cabot Lodge and Theodore Roosevelt. This holiday is about more than fireworks and bbq. I like that you included the pledge of allegiance - especially since it has come under attack. Happy Independence Day.

Midori, I believe in the pledge and we should all say it more. God Bless America! Happy 4th of July.
