Charlie - I'm sure we can find another article that touts great things about your area too!

Terry - Thanks - I'm a native Oregonian and love to travel elsewhere, but Oregon is hard to beat.  Love Texas - especially in the late fall.

Kevin - It's always nice to read this type of good news about our neighboring communities isn't it!

Jim - See -- it's a hot city!  (Just this week Jim asked me at a lunch meeting why we work so much in Corvallis because it is about 35 minutes away.  I joked with him that the agents love me in Corvallis!  Seriously, we work with many agents who love staging and are great at marketing their listings so yes - we drive south to Corvallis a lot and we love working in this great town!)

That is great news for Corvallis! I just read on Yahoo thay they are listing Portland as a place NOT to buy! That the effects of the foreclosures and down market are just getting started.

http://tinyurl.com/p43kph Corvallis really is a city all it's own around here, so many amazing reasons to come, from being a "Green City" to some of the best schools, the history and community, you just can't beat it!
