I think my computer is infected with some sort of malware. I have this message that comes up on my screen and will NOT go away no matter what I try! I have scanned my system for viruses and every time I scan, it finds 20+ infections (I use Spyware Doctor + Antivirus) which I then fix.

Here's the message:

UPDATE:

I FIGURED IT OUT! It was a program that had somehow embedded itself in my STARTUP items. I went to windows defender, and found no infection. Used Spyware Doctor--nothing. Trend Micro--nothing. Went to start up items and there it was! Deleted it and now no problems.

To get to STARTUP items, go to your control panel.

Erica - I am so sorry a computer geek hasn't responded to your need!  I wish I could help, but I haven't seen this one before.  Did you try to go to Norton or Trend Micro to search for that particular error?  If it's a virus/trojan horse they should know about it and show you how to fix it.  Good luck!
