The Ugly --- Now The Good


Recently, I wrote a post on A SetBack For Me  --- the post was all about the real estate agent (who is an Active Rainer) who acted ugly toward me when the referral that I had sent to her canceled an appointment.  In a nut shell, she attacked me because the referee canceled.

This post is all upbeat and very good.  It is about another referral I sent through the Active Rain system (at least, it is a system for me).

This referral went to Jessica Horton outside of Atlanta.  Here is the email that I just received from Jessica:

Liz, I guarantee if you have any referrals for my office we will take in stride when 'stuff happens'. :)

The agent you spoke of in your post seems to expect a certain level of commitment because of the 'higher fee'? Wonder if a big dollar deal gets more care than a small dollar deal?

Well hell, I'd like my husband to put trash in the can instead of leaving it on the counter for me to. Can't push a rope though . . . HA

You know my feelings on this subject. I am always happy for another agent to think of me and give me an opportunity for a referral. Of course they don't always work out, but it is an opportunity none the less.

Liz...

You have to watch out for some of the Ladies in this business. They're subject to mood swings. Some of them are even on meds for them. Personally, I wear a tin foil hat instead of taking my meds :)
