With 3 months of inventory, you must be enjoying a seller's market. Years ago I used to sell investments in Las Vegas to investors in California. They could get cash flow there when we couldn't in CA.

Lenn:  I would say a couple grand properties.  Some were built pre-boom and the area is pretty popular!

Tom:  Busy = understatement ;)

Heather:  It is a crazy existence with buyer interest being at an all time high!  We are absorbing all the new "moratorium inventory" at an amazing pace!
