Hi Debe: Hope you had a great 4th of July! Myers Park sounds like the place to be with, all the fine restaurants and shopping you have listed! Can not begin to imagine what it would be like to have to commute, as we can be from one end of town to the other end in less than 30 minutes (unless you walk)

Now you know how to get me to your blog. I loved growing up in Myers Park and walking to the old Mayberry Ice Cream store. Or we use to get together and walk down to the movies. It is a great neighborhood.

Hi Dona! Yes I did and I hope you did as well! Myers Park Charlotte NC is probably the most popular area of Charlotte--the roads are lined with 100-year old oak trees and the homes are just magnificent. Being so close to town is one of the draws to Myers Park as well as our farthest commute can be an hour and a half--three times that of St. Joseph! So that 5 minute commute from Myers Park is more and more appealing as we spend more and more time working these days!

Hi Bill! Thank you! Myers Park condos are so different than in other areas--some are old mansions converted into condos and the renovations are just unbelievable! Others are set in the midst of beautiful old oak trees that canopy the grounds--simply gorgeous! Yes, this is one of the neighborhoods that I know quite well and simply love selling Myers Park Charlotte NC homes AND condos!

Hey Debe,

I love the Myers Park area. My husbands parents lived on Bromley when we first met. I loved visiting their home and taking after dinner walks around the neighborhood. What a wonderful area to market and sell properties.
