Property was originally mortgaged thru Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust. Deutsche Bank became the Trustee. They were assigned this by JPMorgan Chase Bank. I would appreciate any and all help.

Its my first with JP Morgan and I am actually checking on the info I am receiving from the listing agent. I thought that someone who worked a short sale with this bank could give us some help. They have had the package since 5/28 and just ordered a BPO today. I just submitted a package to Wells Farge on June 30 and the appraiser is coming out tomorrow.
I know all banks are different, but this seems like a long time to me.
