Prepare your closets and bookshelves when you sell your home - a video tutorial.

Let's take a look inside your closet.  EEKKKK! I just got hit on the head by a tennis racket, and my shoes are buried in your fallen debris.  Trust me, this will not help when you sell your home.

What would you guess a buyer thinks when they open up your crammed closet?  Wow... this person has too much stuff???  NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT THEY SAY.  "Wow, this home doesn't have enough storage."  Now, that's what they say. You will have turned off a buyer just because your closet is bursting at the seams and they think your home is short on storage.

And your bookcases??? "They aren't important are they???... after all they are just my furniture that I'm taking with me, right??  WRONG!  Your bookcases do a lot to shape the feeling your buyer has when viewing your home.
